Ronald P. Pope

Ronald P. Pope is a partner at Ralston, Pope & Diehl, LLC, in Topeka, Kansas. Providing representation to clients throughout the state, he assists people who have been harmed by the negligence of others in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, dog bites, defective or dangerous products, and wrongful death. Mr. Pope also represents clients who are pursuing insurance bad faith claims.

A graduate of Emporia State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in 1980, Mr. Pope attended Washburn University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1983. Admitted to practice in Kansas and Nebraska, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, the U.S. District Court for the District of Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Mr. Pope is an active participant in a variety of legal organizations. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Kansas Association for Justice, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association. Mr. Pope has also been an adjunct professor at Washburn University School of Law.
