Tess Ramirez

A passionate advocate and a formidable attorney, Tess Ramirez has dedicated her practice to representing victims of personal injury and sexual abuse. Working from her office at Wallentine Injury Law, LLC, in Topeka, Kansas, she assists clients across Kansas in holding the wrongdoer accountable and obtaining the right compensation. She handles all aspects of personal injury, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, automobile accidents and DUIs.

With an extensive background in business administration, Ms. Ramirez holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in the subject from Baker University. She pursued her law degree and obtained her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2021. Upon graduation, she was admitted to practice law in Kansas. Ever since, she has continued to be the voice of numerous personal injury and sexual abuse victims.

Throughout her practice, Ms. Ramirez has been committed to advocating for people who have been injured due to the negligence of another party, having represented several clients in trials and negotiations and winning them suitable compensations. She has also supervised a debt resolution program, leveraging her aggressive negotiation skills to protect injured clients from medical debt collections while securing payments in financial relief.

A giver to the community, Ms. Ramirez co-organized the volunteer group Protecting KS Children From Sexual Predators. Through this organization, she spearheads public awareness campaigns about preventing child sexual abuse and advocating for legislative changes, such as eliminating Kansas' criminal statute of limitations for child sexual abuse and extending the civil statute of limitations by 10 years. This initiative has directly contributed to the apprehension of nearly 10 noncompliant child sexual abuse offenders.
