Timothy L. Sifers

Timothy L. Sifers is the managing partner and an attorney at Sifer's Jensen Palmer's Kansas City office.  He concentrates his legal practice in areas related to:

·       Medical Malpractice/Nursing Home Abuse

·       Product liability

·       First Party Insurance Claims

After earning his bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College, Pennsylvania, in 1996, Mr. Sifers obtained his Juris Doctor at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. During his tenure, he won the National Trial Competition by the American Bar Association and was honored with the Order of Barristers for his accomplishment in trial and appellate advocacy.

Mr. Sifers has memberships in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, The Missouri Bar,, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the Lawyers for Children.

Admitted to practice in the states of Missouri, Kansas, New Mexico and Texas. Sifers has played a significant role in helping clients obtain compensation amounting to millions of dollars, being a part of the teams handling the cases, and as lead counsel. Among his notable accomplishments is his inclusion on the list of The Best Lawyers in America, in 2022.
