Kenneth Williams, Jr., is one of the founders of the law firm of Williams Hall & Latherow LLP in Ashland, Kentucky, where he focuses his practice on health care law, insurance law and medical malpractice. A former member of the U.S. Army Reserve, Mr. Williams holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
