Along with practicing before all Kentucky state courts, Mr. McCoy is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.

He is a highly active member of his legal community and maintains memberships with the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, the Nelson County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice, among his other professional affiliations. A leader in his field, Mr. McCoy has published several articles and conducted lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics. He also serves as an adjunct legal professor at a local college.
