A graduate of Western Kentucky University, Mr. Lovell completed his bachelor’s degree in accounting. He then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 1991 and, in the same year, obtained his licensure to practice law in Kentucky. Additionally, he is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
