Academically accomplished, Mr. Bachert's obtained his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Western Kentucky University, followed by a Juris Doctor in 1982 from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Upon completing law school, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Licensed in Kentucky since 1982 and Tennessee since 1992, he has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
