Adam M. Russell

Managing partner and co-founder of Russell & Ireland Law Group, LLC, Adam M. Russell focuses his practice primarily on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Adam particularly enjoys complex litigation, often involving disputed liability with muti-jurisdictional issues.  Based in Covington, he represents injury victims and their families throughout Kentucky and Ohio, including the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area. Adam works to recover fair compensation for preventable harms or losses, most often litigating against insurance companies and large corporations.   Admitted to practice in Kentucky and Ohio, as well as the Federal Court before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Kentucky and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.  Early in his career, Adam served as conflict counsel for the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy, where he gained courtroom and trial experience representing individuals being prosecuted for various criminal allegations.  Adam has trial experience throughout Kentucky and Ohio, and has even tried cases together his wife, Kristin Russell, who is also a partner in his office. 

Adam's personal injury clients have incurred economic and noneconomic losses due to the negligence of other parties. The types of cases that he has worked on have included defective and dangerous products, truck and other motor vehicle crashes, and auto-pedestrian accidents, and he has been able to obtain numerous sizable negotiated settlements and jury awards during his career. Adam belongs and participates in numerous professional organizations, including the Kentucky Justice Association (KJA), the Northern Kentucky Bar Association (NKBA), the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), American Association of Justice (AAJ), and Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers Program, (NKVLP) where he also serves on the board and as Secretary.  Adam attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate degree where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration (finance) with a minor in economics in 2004. He then went on to pursue his legal education at Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2007.  Adam has been practicing in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area for seventeen years.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in his community, and coaching youth sports including football and basketball.
