Attorney Bradley W. Fox is a partner with Fox Scott Law in Covington, Kentucky. Licensed to practice in Ohio as well as Kentucky, Mr. Fox serves clients throughout southwest Ohio and northern Kentucky who stand accused of serious criminal offenses, including any of the following:
- DUI and traffic-related offenses
- College and student crimes
- Drug crimes
- Sexual crimes
- Theft and identity theft
- Gun and weapons violations
- Violent crimes such as homicide and assault

Along with providing outstanding defense counsel, Mr. Fox also assists with post-conviction matters such as sex offender registry issues, expungements and appeals. Over the course of his more than 18 years in practice, he has achieved a long record of securing dismissals, acquittals and reductions of charges for his clients while also helping sex offenders with the registration system.
In fact, Mr. Fox has become a recognized authority in sex offender registry matters, and he published " Sex Offender Registration and Residency Restrictions Laws: What You Need To Know" in 2014. He has also conducted many lectures and seminars across his region on this topic and other subjects related to criminal defense, juvenile crimes and other similar matters. He has also served as an adjunct professor of law at the Mount St. Joseph University, where he has facilitated paralegal classes for more than 10 years.

A 2000 graduate of the Mount St. Joseph University, Mr. Fox obtained his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2003. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also an active member of the Ohio State, Kentucky, American and Cincinnati Bar Associations.
