Jennifer L. Throughout her career, Ms. Lawrence has successfully litigated and resolved numerous cases, addressing issues such as brain injuries, infections, cancer, surgical errors, spinal cord injuries, psychological trauma and wrongful death. Ms. Lawrence's academic journey began at The Ohio State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in 1993. She then pursued her legal education at Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating in 1996. During law school, she gained valuable experience as an extern for Judge William O. Bertelsman.
Since 1997, Ms. Lawrence has been licensed to practice law in all state courts of Kentucky. She is also qualified to appear in Ohio, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
Ms. Lawrence's professional affiliations are extensive. She is a former District Vice President of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ) and is actively involved with the Kentucky Bar Association, the Salmon P. Chase American Inn of Court, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. Her leadership roles include serving on the board of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Birth Trauma Litigation Group and co-chairing the da Vinci Robotic Surgical Litigation Group.
Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Lawrence is dedicated to sharing her knowledge with the community. She has co-authored a paper on medical malpractice for the Northern Kentucky Law Review and has delivered presentations on products liability and medical malpractice to various professional organizations, including the AAJ and OAJ. Additionally, she volunteers as a judge for moot court competitions and has served as an adjunct professor at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, nurturing the next generation of legal professionals.

Upheld right of notice pleading in Kentucky and that Plaintiffs were entitled to discovery on parallel state claims.
