Mark A. Ogle

As former owner of Mark A. Ogle, Attorney at Law, and now leader of the Family Law Practice Group at Graydon, Mr. Ogle is committed to representing clients in Northern Kentucky, including those in Fort Mitchell, Newport, Florence, Covington and the surrounding areas. He focuses his practice on family law cases that involve the following matters: high-asset divorces for professionals, executives and business owners; child support and modifications; adoption; child custody; division of property; collaborative law; domestic partnerships; contested divorce; uncontested divorce; spousal support and paternity.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in economics and management from Centre College, Mr. Ogle went on to earn a Juris Doctor in 1985 from the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Ogle is dedicated to helping families resolve matters such as complex divorce or parental relocation. He understands the unique challenges facing executives or business owners who are dealing with property division arrangements or who are outlining an agreement for spousal support.

Families going through issues involving separation, divorce or child custody are often under stress, and experiencing a range of emotions is not uncommon. Sensitive family legal matters deserve personal attention, and Mr. Ogle works closely with every client to ensure that he understands the client's goals for the case from the beginning. He then applies his extensive legal knowledge to obtain a sound resolution.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Ogle is a member of the Academy of Northern Kentucky Collaborative Professionals, the Past President of the Kentucky Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.
