Patrick J. Beirne

Patrick J. Beirne is a partner at The Lawrence Firm, PSC, located in Covington, Kentucky. He concentrates his practice exclusively on personal injury matters, with a special focus on medical malpractice issues. With more than 26 years of experience in the field of law, he serves clients in Kentucky and Ohio.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree, Mr. Beirne graduated from the Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he received the Up With Spirit Award. He went on to pursue law at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Kentucky and earned his Juris Doctor in 1996, graduating with dean’s list honors and book awards.

Mr. Beirne is authorized to practice in Ohio and Kentucky and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is an active participant in the legal community, and this is seen in his memberships in prominent legal associations such as the Kentucky Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice and the Ohio State Bar Association.

Additionally, Mr. Beirne is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. He regularly lectures about legal aspects of medical issues to attorneys as well as health care providers. He also teaches in schools and serves as a volunteer for moot court competitions as a firm believer in giving back to society.
