Tyler Fleck

Tyler Fleck is the founding attorney of The Fleck Firm, PLLC, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, where he combines genuine compassion with steadfast advocacy to help individuals recover from life-altering injuries. Whether a client has been harmed in a motor vehicle collision, struck as a pedestrian, involved in a truck wreck, injured by a dangerous dog, burned or hurt in a slip-and-fall incident, he approaches each case as an opportunity to restore dignity and secure fair compensation.

Drawing on his personal dedication, Mr. Fleck represents clients in Campbellsville, Glasgow, Henderson, Hopkinsville, Leitchfield, Louisville, Madisonville, Murray, Owensboro, Paducah, Elizabethtown, Radcliff, Fort Knox, Bardstown and Bowling Green. A scholar at heart, he graduated cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government.

Mr. Fleck then attended the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he honed his trial skills through the Intestate Mock Trial team, deepened his understanding of business regulations with the Business Law Society and explored environmental justice in moot court competitions. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2012 and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association that same year.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Fleck has gained admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Armed Forces and for Criminal Appeals and even the Supreme Court of the United States. His service as a judge advocate in the U.S. Army taught him to navigate the most complex and high-pressure legal challenges. He later served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in South Carolina, appointed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Throughout his military tenure, Mr. Fleck earned the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Army Superior Unit Award, the Army Achievement Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, among others. Today, he brings that same sense of duty, integrity and perseverance to every client who turns to The Fleck Firm, PLLC, for help.
