Tyler Fleck

Mr. Fleck completed his undergraduate studies in 2008, graduating cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government from the University of Kentucky. He then enrolled at the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, where he was part of the Intestate Mock Trial, the Business Law Society and the Environmental Law Moot Court Team. He received his Juris Doctor in 2012 and obtained his license to practice in Kentucky in the same year.

Since entering the legal profession, Mr. Fleck has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Court of Criminal Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. A notable role he has served was as a judge advocate for the United States Army, where he gained keen insight into handling matters of maximal complexity and pressure. Furthermore, he is a former Special Assistant United States Attorney appointed by the United States Attorney for South Carolina. 

During his time in the United States Army, Mr. Fleck has performed over and beyond the call of duty to serve his role in a judicious manner. He has been awarded the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Army Superior Unit Award, the Army Achievement Medal and the Global War of Terrorism Service Medal by the United States Army, among many others.
