Randy J. Blankenship

Randy J. Blankenship is an attorney at Blankenship Massey & Associates, Attorneys at Law, in Erlanger, Kentucky. Mr. Blankenship practices business litigation, employment law, family law, personal injury law and represents clients throughout northern Kentucky.

A magna cum laude graduate of Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law, Mr. Blankenship has been licensed to practice law since 1986. He was involved in many activities while in law school and was a member of the national moot court team.

During law school, Mr. Blankenship also received several awards including book awards in administrative law, criminal procedure, family law, torts, and wills and trusts. He came in first place in the Bettman Moot Court Competition and was named “best orator” in the Tri-State Moot Court Competition.

Following law school, Mr. Blankenship spent more than 20 years with a private Ohio-based law firm. He opened Blankenship Massey & Associates, Attorneys at Law, in 2006.

Mr. Blankenship is admitted in Kentucky and Ohio and has several decades of litigation experience. He is also licensed before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th and 7th Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

In addition to running his law practice, Mr. Blankenship is actively involved in his local community. He is a member of the Erlanger Baptist Church and the Kenton County Democratic Party. He has sat on the board of the Erlanger Housing and Development Corporation and Envision Children.
