Kevin J. Moser

Kevin Moser is a founding Member of Omega Law, PLLC located in Florence, Kentucky. Licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana, Kevin is an experienced and successful litigator and trial attorney across those states and related federal courts with a focus on Family and Domestic Relations Law and Criminal Defense.

Kevin's Family Law and Domestic Relations practice includes divorce, collaborative divorce, division of assets, all aspects of child custody litigation, post-decree enforcement and modification, contempt proceedings, child support, alimony and/or maintenance, paternity, Dependency, Neglect, & Abuse cases in Kentucky, Child in Need of Services (CHINS) cases in Indiana, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, UCCJEA jurisdictional disputes, and adoptions. Kevin also maintains an appellate practice related to family law issues.

Kevin's has wide experience in criminal defense at the state and federal level, as well as juvenile courts for minors under 18 accused of crimes. Kevin has defended clients on charges for homicide, child molestation, child pornography, rape, arson, assault, strangulation, DUI/OVI, drug possession, drug trafficking, drug manufacturing, theft, insurance fraud, prostitution, and traffic tickets. Kevin has significant trial experience as a criminal defense attorney with a history of acquittals and directed verdicts. Kevin's defense practice also covers probation and parole violations, sentence modifications, and expungements. Kevin also maintains an appellate practice related to criminal defense issues.

Kevin also maintains a smaller civil litigation practice that includes a successful history of trust and estate litigation, including will contests and insurance interpleader contests.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Moser attended the University of Kentucky, and he had dual majors in classics and history. In 2005, he received two Bachelor of Arts, both magna cum laude, and upon graduation he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Mr. Moser's legal education came at Wake Forest University School of Law, and he served an internship with the United States Tax Court before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2008. He is admitted to practice in all courts of Kentucky and Indiana, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the Southern District of Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court
