Curtis J. Hamilton, III

A skilled civil litigator with over 25 years of legal experience, Curtis J. Hamilton, III, leads the Hamilton Injury Law Group PLLC in Henderson, Kentucky and Evansville, Indiana.

Mr. Hamilton was first admitted to practice in Ohio in 1985, and he then qualified to appear in all the state courts of Kentucky and Indiana. Aside from that, he also frequently handles cases before the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.

With abundant knowledge and skills, Mr. Hamilton stays determined to help personal injury victims start down the road to financial recovery. Mr. Hamilton completed his Bachelor of Arts in political science and history from Duke University in 1991. He then attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law to pursue his legal education. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1995.
