Upon completing his undergraduate studies at Swarthmore College, Mr. Tucker earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. Admitted to practice law in Kentucky in 2000, he brings over two decades of courtroom experience to his practice. He is also licensed in Washington and holds admission to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, enabling him to navigate complex legal challenges across these states.

Before law school, Mr. Tucker discovered his career path while working as a paralegal for a medical malpractice firm. Encouraged by his mentor, he passed the Washington Bar Exam and apprenticed under a seasoned trial lawyer, reigniting his passion for helping others. After honing his skills for nine years at established firms, he founded his firm, creating a dedicated platform focused entirely on advocating for victims of medical malpractice and automobile negligence.
