Barry Miller, Partner and Office Chair in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Lexington office, has spent 30 years in the courtrooms of Kentucky. Since the early 1990s he has concentrated on matters of insurance coverage, and extra-contractual claims. His work in these areas has led to his recognition as a Super Lawyer every year since 2013, and inclusion in Best Lawyers in the field of Commercial Litigation in 2018 and 2019.
Mr. Miller’s coverage and bad faith cases have included matters involving thoroughbred horses, coal mining, trucking and transportation, pollution, municipal liability, and alleged police misconduct.
