An accomplished civil trial attorney, Gregory M. Funfsinn is a co-founder of Hicks & Funfsinn, PLLC. Majoring in criminal justice, Mr. Funfsinn attended Loyola University Chicago as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Science in 2003. He then pursued his legal education at Chicago-Kent College of Law, part of the Illinois Institute of Technology, and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2007. After graduation, Mr. Funfsinn joined the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, where he spent nearly five years prosecuting misdemeanors and felonies before entering private practice. Mr. Funfsinn is admitted to practice before all Kentucky and Illinois state courts. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
