An immigration law attorney and partner at the law firm of Carman Fullerton, Mr. Kirby J. Fullerton has been handling the legal issues faced by the immigrant community for nearly 10 years. He has helped a number of immigrants make a new life for themselves in the United States. Clients in Lexington, Kentucky, rely on his services for the following:

A graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Fullerton obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and Spanish in 2007. He then attended the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 2010. During his time in law school, he was part of the Kentucky Law Journal, the Environmental Law Society and the Latino Law Student Association.
Initially, Mr. Fullerton served as a law clerk at the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney and the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet. He was a judicial extern at the Kentucky Court of Appeals for Judge Glenn E. Acree. He later worked at another prominent Kentucky law firm for over two years before partnering with Carman Fullerton.
An energetic globetrotter, Mr. Fullerton has traveled throughout South and Central America and has lived in different countries such as Costa Rica, Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Panama. This diverse background has helped him communicate better, gain cultural competence and manage a wide range of immigrants.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Fullerton stays active in the legal community. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association’s Immigration & Nationality Section, the Fayette County Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He provides services to those in need through various organizations such as the Moveable Feast Lexington and the Alano Club.
