Matthew C. Minner

Matthew C. Minner is a partner and CEO of the Minner Vines Injury Lawyers, PLLC, located in Lexington, Kentucky, where he provides legal representation to clients in a wide range of complicated civil matters. He focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on catastrophic injury, wrongful death and cases involving defective and dangerous products.

With nearly three decades of experience, Mr. Minner represents individuals and families in claims arising from automobile, motorcycle and truck accidents, as well as nursing home abuse and neglect. He also handles business-related disputes and product liability matters, advocating for clients who have suffered significant losses due to negligence or unsafe conditions. His work involves handling intricate legal issues, evaluating damages and pursuing accountability on behalf of those affected.

Mr. Minner graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Kentucky in 1993. He went on to attend Vanderbilt University Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1996. During law school, he laid the foundation in litigation and trial advocacy, which continues to inform his practice today.

Licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Alabama, Mr. Minner is also admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of Alabama and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kentucky, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th and 11th Circuits.

An active member of the community, Mr. Minner serves on the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Justice Association and the Alabama Association for Justice. He is also involved with the University of Kentucky Alumni Association Board of Directors and serves as president of Cure KY Kids, in addition to maintaining memberships in several professional legal organizations.
