Jason E. Williams

Jason E. Williams is a senior partner at the Williams & Towe Law Group, PLLC, which has its offices in London, Kentucky. He focuses his practice on civil litigation and criminal defense. With three decades of experience in the field of law, he provides sound and knowledgeable counsel to his clients.

Mr. Williams attended the Eastern Kentucky University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1987. He pursued his legal education at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University and obtained his Juris Doctor in 1993. While in law school, he graduated with dean’s list honors. He was a member of the Law Review. 

In addition to Kentucky, Mr. Williams has been authorized to practice law in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. He is actively affiliated with the legal community and is an active member of the Laurel County Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Kentucky Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.

Mr. Williams is a strong advocate for those who have been accused of wrongdoing and fights aggressively for their rights, liberties and best interests. His record of achievement has helped the firm win several cases on the defense throughout the years and his reputation has spread throughout the firm. After years of successfully defending Walmart Inc. in court, his workload skyrocketed, earning him the title of "most prolific trial attorney" in Kentucky. He has received a Distinguished* rating through Martindale-Hubbell for his exceptional work in the legal field.
