Details
My practice specializes in civil litigation of all stripes - business/corporate litigation, contracts, and other services; complex contract-centered litigation and dispute resolution; business torts (e.g. fraud, conversion, interference, etc.); construction contracts and litigation (for owners, generals, subs, and consumers); public project procurement and contract dispute litigation; commerical, UCC and banking litigation; employment-related claims and unemployment cases (both employers and employees); personal injury and medical malpractice (plaintiff); landlord/tenant; and others. I also engage in some transactional practice - deeds, mortgages, liens, security agreements and financing statements, wills, and trusts. My goal is to provide the best representation possible for the client's dollar, focusing on what options are available depending upon what the client can afford, and being up-front about the potential costs of litigation and the probability of success. I believe clients deserve straight-forward analyses of their cases and legal issues without the sugar-coating that can lead to unrealistic expections. I also believe that, while honest, cooperative practices in litigation lead to the best results for all involved, no client should have to capitulate to bullying tactics. I fight for my clients' rights to be heard and counsel them as to the best means to achieve desired results. I hope to earn your business and your trust.
