Charles D. Brown, Jr.

Charles D. Brown Jr. is a founding member of Barrow Brown, PLLC, located in Louisville, Kentucky. He bases his practice in the Louisville metropolitan area and takes on cases from across the state as well. Concentrating on family law along with civil litigation cases, he handles legal issues related to divorce litigation, uncontested divorce, child custody and adoption. 

Finding his passion in law, Mr. Brown commits to helping his clients find their way out of tough situations in life. He has represented a wide range of clients from business owners and celebrities to professionals and homemakers, gaining immense experience handling a variety of cases. 

Mr. Brown is a 2006 Bachelor of Arts graduate in psychology from Bellarmine University. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Valparaiso University Law School in 2009. He is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and Indiana.

During his legal career of over a decade, Mr. Brown has successfully resolved cases both through trial and out-of-court settlements. He uses his thorough understanding of the case to judge a situation and adopt a strategy that suits it. Moreover, he tries to make his clients feel at ease throughout the case and provides his legal and ethical support to the victims of failed marriages or familial relations.

Mr. Brown functioned as a staff attorney for a judge at a family court and as an associate at a reputed firm in Louisville before establishing Barrow Brown, PLLC, with its co-founder.

He has memberships in the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, the Louisville Bar Association and the Frankfort Avenue Business Association.
