He has obtained numerous jury verdicts and settlements for his clients as lead or sole trial counsel, including a settlement with the Transit Authority of River City (TARC) for $7.2 million, and a settlement of $10 million against an oil refinery for a worker injured in an explosion. He was co-counsel is a $25 million settlement for victims of clergy sexual assault against the Archdiocese of Louisville.
