Mr. Rowland earned his bachelor’s with a major in political science in 2013 from Wittenberg University in Springfield, where he was a four-year varsity letterman for the men’s soccer team. He then decided to study law at the Capital University Law School, receiving his law degree in 2016 and gaining the license to practice in Kentucky the same year. He is also admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.

While in law school, Mr. Rowland served as an extern for the legal counsel at the Ohio State Troopers Association. He then joined the Dolt, Thompson, Shepherd & Conway, PSC, as a law clerk during his second year of law school. Rooted in Louisville, Kentucky, he enjoys helping the people in his hometown community through his legal services.
