Patrick T. Schmidt

Attorney Patrick T. Schmidt is a member of Tilford Dobbins & Schmidt, PLLC, in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Schmidt practices in multiple areas, including banking law, business transactions and organizations, commercial law, construction law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law and tax law. He represents clients in Louisville and the surrounding areas.

In his more than 25 years of legal practice, Mr. Schmidt has been involved in many significant cases and spoken at continuing legal education conferences and seminars on business and real estate topics.

Mr. Schmidt earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a certified public accountant. He received his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He holds a license to practice law before all Kentucky state courts and before the U.S. Tax Court.
