A member of the Louisville Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. Currently, he is the Vice President of the Kentucky Justice Association, which is focused on preserving every citizen's 7th Amendment rights to trial by jury.
Mr. Kelley is also a member of the Board of Governors for the Kentucky Justice Association, having served in this position for several years. One of his largest awards was a $35 million award for one of his clients in 2011 against National Services Industries.
