He established the firm in 2011 after working at prominent medical malpractice defense firms in New York City and Louisville.

Mr. Gladstein practices before all state courts in New York and Kentucky, and he also appears before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. A member of the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice, he also holds membership in several other city and state bar associations. For three years, he has served as a barrister with the Louis D. Brandeis American Inn of Court, and he has participated in the leadership program of the Louisville Bar Association for two years.

As an avid golfer, Mr. Gladstein organized the fundraising program "Go For the Green," which provides funds for diversity-based scholarships every year. He is also very active in volunteer efforts on behalf of Louisville's Jewish community. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from the Illinois Institute of Technology's Chicago-Kent School of Law in 2001. Mr. Gladstein and his wife have two young sons.
