Jeffery Roberts has establishing a reputable legal practice in Kentucky, founded on his varied experience gained over three decades of professional practice. Attorney Jeffery Roberts assists clients in a variety of matters involving personal injury, workers' compensation and Social Security Disability. He is the owner of the Roberts Law Office, headquartered in Murray, Kentucky, which he established in 2001.
Mr. Roberts received a Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State University in 1988 and went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School in 1992. During law school, he focused on elective courses that would prepare him for representing injured individuals and trying cases in court. In 1992, he began working with attorney Donald A. Jones in Murray, where he immediately concentrated his practice on representing people who have been injured and disabled.
Having earned a statewide reputation as a personal injury attorney and a strong trial lawyer, Mr. Roberts was elected to the board of governors of the Kentucky Justice Association, where he was unanimously elected as the first district vice president for several years. Jeff was elected President of the Kentucky Justice Association for 2025. Currently, he serves on the Executive Committee of the aforementioned organization. Additionally, he is a founding member of the Kentucky Workers Association, having served as its president from 2011 through 2015.
Mr. Roberts’ reputation extends far beyond Western Kentucky, with attorneys from all over the state and even outside of Kentucky seeking his representation for their family, friends and clients. He is frequently invited to speak at continuing legal education seminars, sharing his knowledge on pursuing motor vehicle claims, workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability and personal injury claims. He has spoken at seminars hosted by various legal organizations across Kentucky, Tennessee and Florida.
In addition to his private practice, Mr. Roberts has served as a part-time prosecutor for more than 15 years, gaining extensive courtroom experience through numerous jury trials and bench hearings. This experience has honed his skills, making him more effective in the courtroom for his clients.
