Partner at Merk & Gile, Eric Gile is a personal injury attorney who represent clients in Kentucky and Ohio. Mr. Gile’s experience includes time as a managing attorney at a former firm for five years, and since starting his own firm, he focuses entirely on wrongful death and personal injury cases. These include issues of car accidents, head trauma, workplace injuries, dog bites, slip-and-fall accidents, bicycle collisions, pedestrian accidents, truck accidents and motorcycle accidents.
The American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys named Mr. Gile one of the Ten Best in Ohio in 2018, and the American Society of Legal Advocates named him one of the Top 40 Under 40 in both 2017 and 2018.
At the University of Kentucky, Mr. Gile graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing and management. He graduated manga cum laude again at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2014 with his Juris Doctor.
Mr. Gile is admitted to practice in the states of Kentucky and Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Currently he is a member of and actively involved with the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Ohio Association for Justice.
