Eric Gile

Eric Gile serves as the founding partner of Gile Injury Law in Newport, Kentucky, where he represents individuals and families in a wide range of personal injury matters. He focuses his practice on advocating for clients who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence, with an emphasis on motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, traumatic brain injuries, animal bites and wrongful death claims.

Mr. Gile is committed to helping injured clients navigate the legal system while pursuing deserving compensation for medical expenses, lost income and long-term consequences. Known for his thorough preparation and client-focused approach, he works closely with each client to understand the unique details of their case and develop effective litigation strategies. Academically accomplished, Mr. Gile received his bachelor’s degree, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 2011. Later, he went on to attend Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he developed a strong foundation in legal analysis and earned his Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude in 2014. 

Licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky, Mr. Gile is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, allowing him to serve clients throughout the region in both state and federal courts. Active in the legal community, he maintains membership in several professional organizations, including the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
