A partner at Rhoads & Rhoads, Bradley P. Rhoads focuses his practice for the most part on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He has been with the firm since 1996, and he heads its office in Owensboro, Kentucky. Prior to joining his current firm, Mr. Rhoads was with the litigation department of a prominent law firm in Nashville, Tennessee. He is admitted to practice in both Kentucky and Tennessee.
Mr. Rhoads provides aggressive and effective advocacy on behalf of people who have incurred economic and noneconomic losses as the proximate result of other parties’ negligent acts or omissions. He has worked on cases arising out of motor vehicle crashes, premises liability, defective products, industrial workplace accidents, and nursing home neglect and abuse.
Since coming to Rhoads & Rhoads, Mr. Rhoads has obtained millions of dollars in compensation for his clients through jury awards at the conclusion of lengthy trials, as well as through settlements that he has negotiated with defendants and their liability insurance providers.
Outside of the personal injury area, Mr. Rhoads has helped people who have been injured on the job and who are now trying to obtain the benefits that they are entitled to under their employer’s workers’ compensation insurance coverage. He has also worked with clients who are no longer able to work and who have filed for Social Security Disability Insurance benefits. His excellent work in all these areas of the law has earned Mr. Rhoads a Distinguished* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
