David T. Bundrick

Focusing his practice exclusively on criminal defense matters, David T. Bundrick is an associate at Edwards & Kautz. From the firm's office in Paducah, he furnishes advice and counsel to clients throughout McCracken County and other parts of western Kentucky. Admitted to practice in Kentucky since 2006, Mr. Bundrick is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.

In his practice, Mr. Bundrick provides representation to people who have been charged by the commonwealth or by the federal government with having committed misdemeanor or felony offenses. The types of cases that he has handled during his career in private practice have included driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, domestic violence, drug possession and distribution, murder and other violent crimes, and traffic offenses. Mr. Bundrick has been able to obtain favorable results for his clients through dismissals, acquittals and the negotiation of favorable plea agreements with the prosecution. An Alabama native, Mr. Bundrick attended Auburn University in that state, where he majored in English and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2001. Moving to Kentucky for his legal education, he enrolled at the University of Kentucky College of Law. While he was there, Mr. Bundrick served on the Journal of Natural Resources & Environmental Law before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2006. He then spent several years as a public defender with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy before joining his current firm.
