While in law school, he served on the Moot Court Board and was a finalist in the National Moot Court Competition. He was also a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
A leader in his legal community, Mr. Hunter once served as President of the Alexandria Bar Association as well as State President and Executive Committee member of the Louisiana Association for Justice.
