Samuel J. Spurgeon

Reared in Alexandria, Louisiana, Samuel J. Spurgeon is the founder of his own law firm that is based in his hometown. Focusing his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, he provides dedicated and forceful advocacy for clients throughout the area who have incurred economic and noneconomic losses due to the negligence or recklessness of other persons or entities.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Spurgeon attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, from where he obtained a bachelor's degree. Remaining in the state, he then pursued his legal education at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2012. Mr. Spurgeon opened the Spurgeon Law Firm in August 2016. Admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts, Mr. Spurgeon is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. His professional affiliations include the Louisiana Association for Justice.
