Andrew J. Harrison Jr. is the managing partner of Harrison Law, LLC, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  He represents a variety of clients in all aspects of environmental law, including property owners, manufacturers, pipeline companies, conservation credit entities, oil and gas exploration waste service providers and individuals.  He focuses his practice on environmental counseling and litigation, including facility permitting, wastewater discharges, air emissions, wetlands mitigation, carbon sequestration, stream mitigation, and solid and hazardous waste. 

Mr. Harrison pursued his undergraduate studies at Louisiana Tech University and received a Bachelor of Science in wildlife conservation in 1981.  He then obtained a Master of Science in wildlife management from Louisiana State University in 1984 before deciding to enter law school.  After being awarded his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 1990, he went on to attend The George Washington University Law School and received an LL.M. in environmental law with highest honors in 1991.  While there, he was awarded the Randolph C. Shaw Graduate Fellowship.  Mr. Harrison is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts.
