Christopher Lee Whittington

Attorney Christopher Lee Whittington is a partner at Williamson Fontenot Campbell & Whittington, LLC, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mr. Whittington handles matters involving general liability, maritime law, vehicle accidents, workers’ compensation, complex business disputes, and general personal injury law.

Mr. Whittington has over 29 years of experience and represents clients in Baton Rouge and throughout the surrounding areas. He provides helpful guidance and support to his clients, working diligently to secure the best resolution to their unique legal issues. His many years of acquired knowledge and experience allow him to deliver the highest quality of legal services.

After graduating from Louisiana Tech University in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mr. Whittington earned his law degree from the Southern University Law Center in 1992. Following law school, he received his license to practice law before all Louisiana state courts.

Before joining Williamson Fontenot Campbell & Whittington, LLC, Mr. Whittington spent over 22 years practicing at the Wittington Law Group as the lead attorney. Over the course of his career, he has achieved successful results for numerous Louisiana residents in complex cases. He is an adept negotiator and experienced courtroom litigator when settlement is not possible.

An active contributor and esteemed member of his legal community, Mr. Whittington is a member of the Louisiana Association for Justice and serves on the organization’s Board of Governors.  He also belongs to the American Association for Justice, formerly served on the Louisiana Board of Examiners of Certified Shorthand Reporters and is a former chair of the Louisiana Democratic Party.
