Dustin G. Flint

A member of Williamson Campbell & Whittington, LLC, since 2012, Dustin G. Flint represents those in Louisiana in matters of personal injury, maritime personal injury, employee wage issues and workers’ compensation. With experience representing clients in a variety of industries in complex and general litigation cases, he is available to clients throughout the state and has handled bench and jury trials in Louisiana’s worker’s compensation courts and almost every federal and state court of Louisiana.

A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in chemical engineering, Mr. Flint went on to graduate school at Loyola University School of Law and the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, and earned his Juris Doctor in 2006. At the start of his career, he represented the people of New Orleans in countrywide federal courts.

Named one of the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in Louisiana, Mr. Flint is one of the up-and-coming lawyers in the area. He has previous experience in subrogation cases for insurance companies with a focus on products liability litigation, giving him unique insight into both sides of the courtroom. This experience makes him a knowledgeable advocate for clients facing lawsuits with insurance companies for an injury that was the fault of another’s negligence.
