Brett Mason helps transportation companies in their desire to focus comfortably on their core business by handling complex law suits that would otherwise distract them from what matters most.  Brett has particular experience in transportation and maritime matters.  He possesses vast civil litigation experience from litigating cases in state and federal court for over twenty-five years.  In addition to his role as a business litigator Brett has negotiated and documented long term supply contracts, terminal agreements, vessel construction contracts, vessel repair contracts, preferred ship mortgages, charter agreements, trans-loading agreements, shipping contracts, batture leases and fleet lease agreements.
