Adrian A. Colon, Jr.

A highly regarded attorney across the legal community of Louisiana, Adrian A. Colon Jr. is a partner with Ballay, Braud & Colon, PLC, based in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Concentrating his practice in the New Orleans metropolitan area, he is experienced in handling personal injury matters, including wrongful death, involving medical and nursing home malpractice and other personal injury plaintiff litigation, along with workers’ compensation law. 

Bearing a wealth of experience of over 30 years, Mr. Colon graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Spring Hill College, Alabama. Later in 1990, he completed his doctorate in jurisprudence from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he was also inducted into the Phi Delta Phi international legal honor society. Working for more than a year at a private firm, he joined Ballay, Braud & Colon, PLC, in 1992.

Licensed by the Louisiana State Bar in 1992, Mr. Colon is also admitted to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana, the U.S. Federal Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He maintains professional relations with prominent legal associations such as the Plaquemines Parish Bar Association, the Louisiana Association for Justice and the Big Brothers of Greater New Orleans.
