Zara Zeringue

Zara Zeringue is a prominent attorney and the founder of Zeringue & Associates Law Firm, located in Covington, Louisiana. Ms. Zeringue has held significant roles within the legal community, including serving as the chair of the Family Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association. Her leadership and commitment to the legal profession are evident in her active participation in multiple professional associations. She is a member of the 22nd Judicial District Court Bar Association, the American Inns of Court, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Women of St. Tammany.

She serves as the chancellor for St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in Mandeville, Louisiana, and frequently contributes to continuing legal education. Her recent lectures include “Roadblocks to Fatherhood” for the Lawline and a comprehensive review of domestic violence law changes at a joint conference between the Louisiana Judicial Conference and the Louisiana State Bar Association.

Ms. Zeringue is admitted to practice in Louisiana and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, underscoring her broad qualification and readiness to handle complex legal matters.
