Patrick G. Coudrain

Patrick G. Coudrain is a Partner at Cashe Coudrain & Bass in Hammond, Louisiana. Mr. Coudrain’s practice areas include successions and wills, business/commercial law, contracts law, personal injury, property issues, public entities law, real estate, and civil litigation.  He serves clients in Hammond and throughout the surrounding areas.

Born and raised in Hammond, Mr. Coudrain received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Louisiana Tech University. He went on to earn his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While attending law school, he participated in moot court and belonged to the Thomas More Loyola Law School American Inn of Court and the Student Bar Association.

Following law school graduation, Mr. Coudrain passed the Louisiana bar examination and obtained his license to practice law before all Louisiana state courts as well as the federal district courts of Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He joined Cashe Coudrain & Bass as an associate attorney after acquiring legal experience by clerking for the firm during law school.  Mr. Coudrain was promoted to partner of Cashe Coudrain & Bass for 2023.

Mr. Coudrain has established himself as a respected member of the Hammond legal community. He provides committed and competent representation, working hard to help his clients meet their legal goals.

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Coudrain holds various leadership positions within his community. He is the immediate past chair of the advisory board of OPTIONS, Inc. and former president of the Hammond Kiwanis Club. He also belongs to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center advisory council and St. Thomas Aquinas Regional Catholic High School alumni board. In recognition of his service, in 2018 the Daily Star included him on their “Future 40 Under 40 Leaders” list.  Finally, Mr. Coudrain is a graduate of the 25th class of Leadership Tangipahoa.
