Kenneth D. St. Pé

As the founder of his own firm in Lafayette, Louisiana, Kenneth D. St. Pé devotes his practice to representing individuals and businesses from the entire Acadiana region in a wide variety of civil matters. During his more than two decades of legal experience, Mr. St. Pé has earned the respect of his peers by taking on complex and challenging cases, including class action and multiparty lawsuits. He has forged a reputation as an astute and capable attorney by advocating successfully on behalf of his clients both in court and at the negotiating table in cases involving wrongful death, wage and hour disputes, maritime law, product liability, nursing home neglect and medical malpractice.

Mr. St. Pé was admitted to practice law before the state courts of Louisiana in 1993 after earning his Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. A member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Lafayette Bar Association, Mr. St. Pé has been certified in the area of medical professional liability by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.

In 2016, Acadiana Profile included Mr. St. Pé in its annual Top Lawyers list.
