Misti Bryant

Misti Bryant is an attorney with Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys, which has office locations throughout Louisiana. In additional to handling cases, Mrs. Bryant currently serves as the firm’s managing attorney, overseeing the legal operations for the firm. She dedicates her practice to helping plaintiff personal injury victims and their families recover the full amount of compensation possible for the injuries and losses they incurred as the result of someone else’s negligence or wrongdoing.

Licensed to practice in Mississippi as well as Louisiana, Mrs. Bryant advocates on behalf of the rights and entitlements of clients throughout both states and before federal courts across her region. Handling all areas of personal injury law, she has achieved notable success representing those adversely affected by car, truck and motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, defective products, and other preventable tragedies. She also has extensive experience assisting injured and disabled workers with obtaining their rightful workers’ compensation benefits.

Early in her legal career, Mrs. Bryant worked as an insurance defense attorney, so she has a unique insight into the industry and the tactics insurance providers use to reduce or deny claims. Armed with this experience, she can devise more effective strategies to help her clients secure the maximum amount of damages they deserve.

A graduate of Louisiana State University, Mrs. Bryant obtained her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, where she was heavily involved with the moot court board.
