James E. Sudduth, III

The founder and managing partner of Sudduth & Associates, LLC, James E. Sudduth, III, is a highly regarded civil and criminal litigation attorney. From the firm's office in Lake Charles, Louisiana, he provides representation to clients throughout the state in a variety of endeavors, dividing his practice among criminal defense, labor and employment law, personal injury and wrongful death litigation, and general civil matters. The quality of his work and his successful track record has led to Mr. Sudduth being held in high regard by his fellow attorneys, as evidenced by his receipt of a 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo. Mr. Sudduth is a 2009 graduate of Louisiana State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science cum laude in finance. Remaining in Baton Rouge, he pursued his legal education at the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2013. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas and before several federal courts.
