Mr. Townsley began his legal career in 1975 after earning his law degree from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center and his admission to the Louisiana State Bar Association. In addition to his approval to practice law in all of Louisiana's state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana and the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas have approved him to practice in their courtrooms, as has the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
In the more than 40 years that have passed since Mr. Townsley began practicing law, he has earned the respect of both his clients and his peers, along with a number of honors and awards.
