An esteemed attorney practicing in the greater New Orleans region in the field of business law and litigation, Andrew T. Lilly serves the firm of Lilly, PLLC. Licensed to practice in Louisiana since 2009, he commenced his solo practice in 2012 and has extensive experience working with businesses big and small, handling matters regarding trademarks, IP law, commercial litigation, qui tam and wage and hour law.
Completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from The Citadel in 1998, Mr. Lilly enrolled at the Tulane University Law School for his J.D. and graduated in 2001. After several years, he joined for a Graduate Diploma in Civil Law from the Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center and secured the certificate in 2009. There, he was also a part of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team and the Trial Advocacy Board.
While pursuing his interest in law, Mr. Lilly has interned with the Honorable James J. Brady at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. He has also clerked at the Civil Rights Litigation divisions of the Office of Louisiana Attorney General. After gaining several years of valuable experience with other firms, he started his own practice to cater to the specific needs of his clients and serve them with high-quality representation and reliable legal advice. He takes pride in being able to offer them customized strategies suiting their diverse needs.
An active member of several prominent legal associations across the state, Mr. Lilly also holds memberships in the Legislation Committee of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
