Remaining on campus, he pursued his legal studies at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and he was active in the school's Trial Advocacy Program before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2010. Mr. Phillips has been in private practice for his entire career, and he is a member of several area bar associations.
