Before establishing Harrell Nowak, L.L.C., Mr. Nowak gained experience handling cases related to products and premises liability, pharmaceuticals and contract cases across Arkansas, Texas and Virginia. He worked as a counsel for reputed corporations, conducting discovery for hundreds of plaintiffs in several lawsuits.
In 1993, Mr. Nowak graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from The University of Arizona. He completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 1997. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Virginia and is authorized to appear before all their state and federal courts along with the United States Courts of Appeals for the 4th and 5th Circuits.
