A captain in the Louisiana National Guard with more than 18 years of military service, Mr. Pichon completed The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School in 2010. As a judge advocate and military attorney, Mr. Pichon has served as both prosecution and defense counsel before various courts-martial, and he has received the Army Commendation Medal along with other awards and accolades for his service.
